| Annual License Renewal | All current license holders — apply 3 months before expiry | 30 days from complete application | International: ₦1,877,500; National: ₦627,500; Regional: ₦440,000; SME: ₦102,500 (Late penalty: +12.5%) |
| Statement of Compliance | Licensed operators requiring compliance certification | 21 days from inspection | No additional charge |

Default Approval Commitment
If CLRD does not communicate a decision within the above timelines on your complete application, your application is deemed approved by default. You will be notified in writing and your license will be issued within 5 working days. See clrd.nipost.gov.ng for the full Default Approval procedure.
