The General Manager, Courier and Logistics Regulatory Department, Mr. Gideon Oludotun Shonde, on behalf of the Postmaster General of the Federation/CEO(NIPOST),

presented operating licenses to some newly registered and licensed companies, today thursday 9th May 2024. 

 

The official event was held at the Nipost board room

in Lafiaji Obalende Lagos.

Two (2) national operating categories, two (2) regional operating categories, and twelve (12) special SME’S/State category operating licenses were released.

 

The main lecture for the program was delivered by Barr. O. Mariam jogai, AGM (Legal Services and Compliance),

titled "UNDERSTANDING THE REGULATORY GUIDELINES OF COURIER AND LOGISTICS OPERATION IN NIGERIA."" 

 

In the course of the orientation program, questions and answers were allowed with a video presentation of the milestone achievements of the department since 2020.

 

Goodwill messages were made by Mr. Ankit, Head personnel and premium  segment of Moto Africa Service Limited (BAJAJ PULSAR) and Mr. Ezeh, the business development manager of the company. 

 

Mr Michael Nkanu (Esq), the Managing Director of PHOSPHINE LOGISTICS, one of the business promoters at the event, gave the vote of thanks on behalf of the new investors and licensees.
