The dimensional approach as declared by the General Manager(CLRD) concerning the 2024 ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS of Sec 43, NIPOST ACT, CAP N127 Laws of the Federation (LFN) 2004, will be extended to such areas which includes but not limited to,

1. CAPITAL MARKET OPERATION
2. MOTOR PARKS AND GARRAGES OPERATION
3. COURIER SHEDS AT THE AIRPORTS OPERATION
4. TRAFFIC LIGHTS, AND ROAD OPERATION nationwide as usual.

At the end of the intellectual discussion and corporate engagement, it was agreed that the need for intensive public private partnerships and a robust collaboration between the operators and regulators can not be over emphasized.

In the same vein, the expediency of a strong and formidable union/ association in the industry to attract the required government attention and consistent engagement between  the operators and regulators with a view for increased protection and intervention in certain specified areas of operational challenges in the industry.
Some of these include tariff/price control, healthy competitions, subsidised cost of operation by the government, etc.
