"WE'RE UNITED AS NIPOST AND MUST SEEK WAYS TO BOOST REVENUE."

The above statement was made by the General Manager of Courier and Logistics Regulatory Department (CLRD), Mr Gideon Oludotun Shonde when he paid a Courtesy and Business visit to the Acting General Manager of International Mail Processing Centre (IMPC), Mrs Anyanwu Adaku Vincent.
 
The purpose of the visit according to the GM CLRD is to collaborate with IMPC in the area of NIPOST presence at the NAHCO Courier shed just like other Agencies and also in the area of the On Duty Card(ODC) for some officers of the CLRD.
 
The Ag. GM IMPC praised the CLRD for the work they are doing currently in sanitizing the Courier system and promised to work hand in hand with the department for better results. The AGM Investigation and Security IMPC, Mrs Titilola Onuoha notified the team of difficulty in getting ODC due to the amount of ODCs not returned to FAAN upon expiration,transfer or retirement of officers in possession of these Cards . This anomaly was agreed by both parties  to be escalated  for resolution.
 
The GM CLRD notified the house of the approval to clampdown on illegal Couriers within the airport environment.
